SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY – GLOZIA

At GLOZIA, we ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors.

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
